The height it adds completely changes how I plan encounters, and the fact that it doubles as storage for the rest of my terrain pieces is a huge bonus. It's solid and sturdy, so stacking minis on it feels totally safe.

Picked up a couple of these to add some height to my cavern tiles, and they click together just like the other pieces. The fact that they also stack neatly for storage is a nice bonus, keeps everything organized.

The unpainted surface takes paint well, but the real win is stacking them to store other terrain pieces underneath between games. Saves me a ton of shelf space while adding a handy height step to our encounters.
