Encounter 05: The Gauntlet (Unpainted)

The wall segments fit together so tightly you can build a really challenging gauntlet run without any gaps. I was surprised how heavy each Dwarvenite piece feels in hand—solid enough to survive a table flip from an angry player.

The sheer number of pieces in this set is overwhelming—I’ve spent hours arranging the traps and barriers for a truly brutal dungeon crawl. The dwarvenite material feels sturdy and holds paint well, which I appreciate for customizing. My players are in for a nasty surprise.

The way the walls and columns lock together to form the Gauntlet's tight corridors is incredibly satisfying—no wobble at all during setup. My group spent a good hour just strategizing before we even rolled dice. It's rare for unpainted terrain to feel this immersive right out of the box.
