1x1 Cavern Floor (Unpainted)

The texture on this unpainted cave floor is perfect for drybrushing, and the deep seams grab wash nicely. I’ve got a whole set of these now, and they fit together seamlessly for my underground encounters.

Finally got around to painting this cavern floor and the unpainted surface took the wash and drybrush beautifully. It locks into the other pieces with that satisfying click, and the texture detail makes it feel like actual rock instead of plastic.

The unpainted surface is nice and clean, so priming it should be easy, but I wish the rock texture had a bit more depth to it. It fits fine alongside my other cavern pieces, just nothing special about this single floor tile.
