Archaean Bogenecke (bemalt)

The painted finish is so clean I can drop this on the table and it instantly reads as a real ruin, no drybrush touch-up needed. It stands firm on its own during a game, which makes setting up a quick camp scene effortless.

The arch's weathered stone texture gives it a convincing ancient ruin look right out of the box. I placed it on my forest table and it instantly became the focal point for my party's ambush scene. The paint job has subtle highlights that catch the light nicely.

The arch slots into my forest setup perfectly and the painted stonework has a nice matte finish that doesn't glare under the table lights. I wish the paint were a touch more varied along the edges, but it's solid for the price.
