Rencontre 12 : Estrade des Morts (non peint)

I was pleasantly surprised by how modular the pieces are—you can rearrange the sarcophagi to create different dead-end layouts for the crypt. The engraved text on the dais is readable enough to add to the atmosphere without being too small or blurry.

The stonework on the dais has such crisp, deep detail that drybrushing it was a joy. My players spent a solid ten minutes debating the riddle, which made the final encounter feel truly earned. The unpainted surface took the wash perfectly without any weird pooling.

The riddle mechanic on the dais makes this set worth it alone, and the unpainted Dwarvenite takes primer way better than I expected. I've already got it slotted into my crypt layout and the tiles lock in tight with the rest of my dungeon pieces.
