Ophangbrugbasis (ongeverfd)

The unpainted surface actually takes primer and paint really well with no weird chemical reaction, which was my main worry. I’ve already got it wash and drybrushed in under an hour, and the textured stone details pop nicely.

The bridge base's cavern-style rockwork has that nice organic flow to it, and the elevation slot fits snugly without any wobble. I primed it in about ten minutes and the details really popped once the first coat went on. This piece is going to anchor a lot of my builds.

The unpainted surface takes primer beautifully, and the bridge base slots perfectly into my existing elevation pieces once I sealed it with matte varnish. It's solid enough to hold figures on top without wobbling, exactly what I needed for my cavern layout.
