David ★★★★★

The drawbridge mechanism works smoothly right out of the box, and the large ornate doors have a fantastic level of detail. I’m already planning my next city setup around this piece.

John T. ★★★★★

The double door arch wall is the star here—those ornate doors really anchor the whole gatehouse and make it pop even unpainted. I've already dry-fitted it into my city layout and the drawbridge closes flush, which is a nice touch for the price.

Leo ★★★★☆

The drawbridge mechanism works smoothly, which is the main reason I picked this set. Took a bit of fiddling to get the doors to align perfectly on the unpainted stone, but once assembled it really anchors the castle entrance.
