Dungeon Gray paint matches our unpainted Dungeon Gray Dwarvenite casting color (not all DF pieces are cast in Dungeon Gray).

Pokorny Paint Colours are Dwarven Forge's own water-based acrylic paint.  They were formulated by our founder, Stefan Pokorny, to achieve the optimal viscosity for painting Dwarvenite terrain. They don't need to be diluted, which waters down the pigments -- and you don't need to prime your pieces. Please just shake the closed bottle before each use.

These paints are also available in the following colors, in generous 4 ounce bottles:

    Black White
    Base Gray Lava Yellow
    Cardboard Moss Green
Cavern Stone Dry Brush Olive Dry Brush
Deep Lava Stone Edge Dry Brush
    Deep Water Green School Bus
Earth Stone Shallow Water Seaweed Green
    Lava Orange Water Bubbles Blue

This water-based acrylic goes on smoothly without any brush strokes, and it matches the gray dungeon tiles perfectly for touch-ups. I only needed two thin coats to get an even finish on my unpainted pieces.

I've been painting a lot of dungeon tiles lately, and this Dungeon Gray covers nicely in two thin coats without any weird brush strokes. The consistency is perfect right out of the bottle, not too thick or runny.

I was worried the gray wouldn't match my older pieces, but it blends right in with the unpainted Dungeon Gray castings. The acrylic goes on smoothly and cleans up with water, which makes it easy to touch up edges after a game.
