Pokorny Paint Colours are Dwarven Forge's own water-based acrylic paint.  They were formulated by our founder, Stefan Pokorny, to achieve the optimal viscosity for painting Dwarvenite terrain. They don't need to be diluted, which waters down the pigments -- and you don't need to prime your pieces. Please just shake each generous 4 oz bottle before each use.

Claire I. ★★★★★

The viscosity is spot-on for dry brushing Dwarvenite—it clings to raised edges without pooling in the recesses. I’ve been using it straight from the bottle and the coverage on my stone walls came out exactly as I hoped.

Isabella I. ★★★★☆

I've been using this for my Dwarvenite tiles and the way it flows off the brush makes highlighting details effortless. The color consistency is great straight out of the bottle, which saves me prep time. Only wish they offered a few more metallic tones in this line.

David C. ★★★★☆

The paint spreads really smoothly over Dwarvenite, no thinning needed, though I wish the bottle had a dropper tip for easier control. It covers well in one coat for base colors, but I had to do a second pass on some details.
